That “I” in team quote doesn’t seem quite right. There’s not only an “I” in team. There’s many letters in team that make up the names of the many people you’re going to be working with on whatever project is at hand. It’s most important to get along as best as possible because a team in conflict is a team without the means to shepherd a project toward its eventual completion. If the team needs to be built up in order to get the job done, there are many ways and people willing to help turn that team into a strong statue of support, raring to go forth into the unknown and come out knowing more.
